Sense-Mindful Integration was created from a desire to help early childhood educators connect the dots between sensory processing, behavior, mindfulness and emotional regulation.
Sensory Literacy and awareness of the three “hidden senses” are both foundational for supporting child development, especially for neurodivergent individuals and children who have experienced trauma.
Sense-Mindful Integration combines this foundational Information with the above mentioned skills into an essential tool for educators.

About me
Throughout my 20+ years in early childhood education, I have worked in both classroom and administrative/support settings, allowing me to explore many aspects of early childhood education. As I have researched topics for my professional development as well as seeking material for trainings, I have learned how our sensory systems process information can drive our behavior, and how this is particularly important for children.

I am available for in-person trainings for all size audiences. These engaging trainings provide opportunities for questions and interacting with the material through active engagement.

Online courses are great for individuals or small groups. They contain the same information as the in-person trainings with the convenience and comfort of attending when and where you want!
